Repairs

 

Impressa has a long tradition of supporting our customers with the unique policy of repairs after the sale. We  continue to do so with our new Repair Procedure:

 

Contact us via email (customerservice@impressajewelry.com) or telephone  919 782 5777 to request a Return Authorization Code.  Once received, list the code number on the outside of your package and ship/mail the piece to:

Note:  Many repairs will be charged a $3.00 shipping fee. (Normally collected by phone via credit card).  We only collect a repair fee if we must pay a jeweler for the repair.

 

If it is more convenient for you to take your jewelry directly to a bench jeweler for repair, we will suggest you go to Treasure Isle at Crabtree Valey Mall. They are skilled in handling Moissanite as well as fashion jewelry.

 

For John Medeiros repairs:  You may send jewelry to us for repair and we will forward it to the John Medeiros factory (there will be a $4.00 shipping charge). Alternately, we can supply you with shipping instructions if you wish to send it directly to John Medeiros yourself.

Returns

 

Please follow the return authorization process above if you wish to return or exchange your merchandise.  All returns or exchange requests must occur within 10 days of the merchandise receipt date.
